Industry & Trade attendees receive complimentary access to the Friday afternoon session of WineFest from 2:00p.m.-5:00p.m on March 1st.

This time is exclusive for relevant industry members to sample wine and food and to network with exhibitors.

All registered and approved Industry members will receive complimentary entrance for them and one guest, the chance to win trade only door prizes, and the opportunity to sip exclusive products only available at the private Industry & Trade session.

Mona Pinder

After spending over 15 years in healthcare administration, Mona decided to pursue her passion and enrolled in the SAIT Baking and Pastry Arts program.  Two-years later, Mona had a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts to go along with her two Masters degrees.  After a short internship in a Michelin-Starred restaurant in Provence, then developing the dessert menu for a new deli and teaching weekly cooking classes at a local cookware store, Mona started Mona’s Table.
